Angel's Cry

Alhamdulillah and many praises to Allah for His bountiful gifts and the inner strength He gave me to share my experience with all of you. As we bid goodbye to Syaaban, Ramadan is already here. Many thanks to Allah for sparing my life to live until this Ramadan in hope that I'll do the 'sunnah' as well as the 'wajib'. Ramadan is the month where Al- Quran is delivered through Prophet Muhamad S.A.W to be read, understand and do by humankind. So, if we read a letter in Al- Quran during Ramadan, Allah will increase our 'pahala' to 70 times! In conclusion, don't let your Al- Quran dusty in the cabinet or lying unattended as your 'pahala' nowhere progressing.

As we've entered Ramadan, I cried whenever I remembered whomever passed away already. My late grandfather and grandmother, my uncle, my cousin and even my teacher. We shed a tears when we lost someone but we have to get on with our life. There's no use crying out loud as they departed to another world. May their soul are blessed and among the pious one.

A New Day Has Come...

Alhamdulillah, despite never ending workloads and unconditional times, I thanked Allah for giving me time to update this blog. My practicum is doing well so far and next week is observation time! (sighed) Next week will be the busiest week ever since my practicum started last three weeks. Anyway, I think I'm ready for it and with Allah's willing, everything going to be safe and sound.

Besides that, another major event is just around the corner. Yes, Ramadan al- Mubarak is at the edge already! Ramadan is considered the most awaited and regarded as one of the holiest month is Islamic calendar. In Ramadan, all Muslims are compulsory to fast before the break of dawn until the dusk with certain conditions. Ramadan also is the "purgatory" as the devils are chained away from humans. And like previous year, I'm going to celebrate Ramadan away from hometown again. But this year is quite different because I'm going to celebrate Ramadan in practicum. So, break fasting together, terawih, Lailatul Qadr are things that are most look after in Ramadan. In this coming Ramadan, I hope that we all can find serene, solace and solidarity thus bringing ourselves closer to Him as a hadith said "Rejab is the month of Allah, Syaaban is the month of the Prophet and Ramadan is the month for my ummah". InsyaAllah.

Beginning of Ramadan is mercy, the middle is forgiveness and the end is freedom from fire...

Adieu!

At last, my most awaited movie this year finally out! Yeay! Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 finally coming to town. Although the premiere was scheduled on 13th July, I wasn't able to watch it due of my workload plus the energy consumed to watched it. Anyway, enough of the babbling and back to track. Thrilling, powerfully acted, and visually dazzling, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part II brings the Harry Potter franchise to a satisfying -- and suitably magical -- conclusion.

In the epic finale, the battle between the good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into an all-out war. The stakes have never been higher and no one is safe. But it is Harry Potter who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice as he draws closer to the climactic showdown with Lord Voldemort. It all ends here. And yet there is much to revel in. What a treat to see the magnificent Maggie Smith back from the sidelines to fire things up as deputy headmistress McGonagall. Blending young talent with British acting royalty has always given the series distinction. Save a cheer for Matthew Lewis who gives unsung Hogwarts hero Neville Longbottom his moment in the sun.

In my opinion, the movie was okay although not to my expectation. But, based on overall the movie has succeeded beyond limitation.

H.A.T.E.U

Alhamdulillah, I'm thankful to Allah because still giving me the inner strength until this very moment to pour ideas and spread it among you. It is now the second week and somehow I having a typically emotional upset (H.A.T.E.U). I'm not sure the main cause of these problems but I think due to pile of workloads plus not enough rest are the reason I'm having these kind of problems.

I'm a bit stressful at the moment because my practicum portfolio is still unfinished and my lesson plan book is nowhere progressing. I'm also quite distressed due to my life in Granado Espada which I haven't online for ages; I'm craving for the new costumes for my characters and I'm dying to play Granado Espada again. (sighed) I really hope that I can online again and enjoy the game.

I want this Iberis costume for my Brunie...
This Corchicum costume suit Lisa well...
De L'ange Souriant costume make Claire looks like a smiling angel (winks)...

Transforms...

Alhamdulillah and countless thanks to Allah the Benevolent for still giving me the strength to write on this blog and share my knowledge with you people. One week already passed by, which means only left seven weeks before my second phase of practicum ends. Speaking of practicum, I've been posted to Sekolah Kebangsaan Utan Aji, Kangar which is nearer in distance compared to my old school.

The best part of practicum is you're free from normal classes workloads and your work schedule depends solely on the school program. But instead of that, your workload is thrice the normal one. Updating portfolio, writing daily lesson plan, creating teaching aids, generating ideas for pedagogical innovation and personal theory which is mental torturing and physically abusing. (haha) plus endless jobs waiting at school such as relief classes, extra curricular activities and so on. But, if you're really committed to teaching profession, you won't look the workloads as a problems but as a stepping stone to become a excellent teacher.

Although the environment here considered as better compared to my old school, somehow I still missed my students. Their innocent looks and their respect to teachers really moved me from being timid and not confident to a more outspoken and patience person. And as my promises to metamorph to a better person, I'm still on my way towards the goals.

And for side story, I've watched the most anticipated sequel to the Transformers franchise this year, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. It’s about a Cybertronian spacecraft that is concealed on the moon. There is a competition between the Autobots and Decepticons to find the  spacecraft and discover its secrets. After watching the movies, I'm slightly disappointed with the movies although the trailer was so exciting and thrilling. The action was too much and overshadowed the story arc. It once again stars Shia LaBeouf. Since it’s dropping its main lady, English model turned actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will be replacing Megan Fox. (so sad) But for action lover, this movie is perfect. Luckily I'm not a die-hard-fan of Transformers. This is said to be the last film of the popular franchise, ending the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons. It’s due to be released in theaters June 29, 2011 in 2D, Real D 3D and IMAX.

And my most awaited movie is coming to town next week. That's it! Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 is drawing nearer. So, for Potter fan around the globe, be ready to cast a spell on the magical date 14th July 2011!

Long Hiatus

As'salam and very sorry for the long delayed. I've been quite busy recently and don't really have time to update my blog. Anyway, it's been quite a story while I'm away and a lot to be catchup later. Firstly, I've been moved back to hostel after some persuasion and recommendation from trusted peoples. I thanked Allah for His bountiful gift and continue praising His Might. Well, this is qada' and qadar plus a bit of effort. And again, I thanked to all that helped me in facing this entangled situation.

Next, I'm 21 years old already! Already qualified to vote in the coming election. Haha! But, I still think that I'm still immature and a bit childish. Anyway, I thanked Allah for sparing me to live until this very day. His Gift is infinite and yet I never appreciated it. I'm hoping by staying in hostel will eventually lead me into a more pious person. And many thanks to both of my parent for still loving me and showering me with border less love and uncountable support in everything I do. I really love you, ibu and ayah! And thanks to my ruddy brother (haha) for still respect me as brother and friend, my lovely little sister for being caring and compassionate towards me, and my family for being through thick and thin with me. And special thanks to all my friends because still considering me as your friend (haha) and helping me in building my self esteem. You all are great, guys! And to my students which I previously taught, you all are like diamond in the dust, I'm so proud knowing all of you, you all are my star and I pray that you all will success in your life. And many thanks to all the people which I do not mentioned previously, I'm sorry because I'm in a hurry, you all are really amazing and really wonderful person, it's been a great honour to know you all.

And insyaAllah, my second phase of practicum will start tomorrow. Quite eager and the anticipation is running high, I pray so it will be smooth as I expected with Allah's will. More to come in the next post!

♥Home Sweet Home♥

Yes, the sweet smell of home is drawing nearer. Although I still got one paper left, my heart is leaping to go home and I totally don't really care about the paper. And yet, a lot of workloads waiting for me at home. -.-" Rearranging old files, sorting unnecessary items, preparation for the next phase practicum, throwing old junks (although didn't works sometimes) and many mores house chores awaiting. And not to forget, a reunion with old colleagues.

Holiday is the most awaited event in the calendar as many of us plan so much activities during that period. Basically, during this short period of holidays I hope I can finish up all the work piles that I've been planning since so long. And of course, in this holiday will be a perfect time for family gathering, old friends reunion and a romantic date (haha). Many will change in the new semester, insyaAllah. Hopefully in this coming semester will be a huge turnover for me. And once again, happy holidays everyone!

Exam Mode

And yes, no matter how hard you've tried to run, yet you have to faced it. It's the time to gird your loins, sharpen your skills... It's exam time! Exam has been our greatest fear ever since we went to school. Falling grades, punishment from parents and teachers, competition among friends, and reputation of course.

My exam started last week on Thursday as scheduled and supposed to finished on next week Thursday. Thanks to all my lecturers for their guidance throughout this semester. May their blessing will be with me during the exam. And to all my friends, wish me a good luck in this coming exam!

Perfumes Wishlist

A woman's perfume tells more about her than her handwriting as quoted by Monsieur Christian Dior. After viewing many fragrances and perfumes products in market, I've decided to change my current perfumes to either one of these three:
  • Daisy by Marc Jacobs which aims to capture a fragrance of youthful sophistication with this eau de toilette. The composition of the notes includes strawberry, violet and ruby red grapefruit on the top make a fresh impact. A base of musk, vanilla and white woods balance out tones of gardenia and jasmine.

  • On the contrary, Lola by Marc Jacobs is a warm, floral scent with a signature note of fuchsia peony. Fruity top notes of pink peppercorn, pear d’anjou and red grapefruit deepen to the fuchsia heart, which also contains rose and geranium. Base notes of vanilla, tonka bean and creamy musk finish the scent. The bottle is violet with a curvaceous silhouette and is topped with a unique cap fashioned into a rosette in fuchsia, berry and plum colour.

  • Last but not least, Believe by Britney Spears. The fragrance itself opens in fruity mouthwatering notes of guava and tangerine. The heart is 'maidenly' delicate and pure (honeysuckle and linden blossom). The base is highly feminine and sensual, a beautiful accord of patchouli, amber and sweet praline notes, revealed to the world by Thierry Mugler in Angel (in blue!). The green color of Britney Spears' new fragrance besides refreshment promises a sweet desert.

Currently, I'm using M by Mariah Carey which the captivating oriental-floral has top notes of marshmallow and sea breeze accord, a heart of living Tahitian Tiare flower and gardenia and a dry down of sheer amber, patchouli, and Moroccan incense. The lilac purple bottle features a refined glass butterfly-shaped cap. Besides that, I'm also using Mariah Carey Luscious Pink which a “sparkling floral”; to my nose, the emphasis is laid on the sparkling far more than the floral. The opening is fresh and diffusive, with pale pink fruits — I don’t know what fruits those would be, in particular, but that’s what they smell like: pale pink fruits (notes: bergamot, Ocean Breeze accord, sparkling Bellini accord, Tahitian Tiare, lily of the valley, pink peony, bright blond woods, creamy sandalwood and white musk). It’s very cheerful and clean and transparent, and the floral notes in the heart, well, they smell like pale pink flowers. The base is a very pale woody musk, and it’s pink-ish too.

But on special ocassion, I would put on Nina by Nina Ricci which the namesake fragrance from Nina Ricci is magical, a promise of enchantment with the radiant power of seduction. Combining temptation, femininity, and modernity, it's a fresh, fruity floral sprinkled with a tantalizing accord.

The fragrance incorporates top notes of Calabrese Lemon and Cipirinha Lime for a sparkling and spontaneous beginning. Midnotes of Red Toffee Apple and Vanilla Infusion create a charming and seductive femininity and Moonflower and Peony Petals add gentle and delicate breath. Rounding it out are base notes of Apple Tree Wood and Cotton Musk ending in a tender sensual caress.

Metamorphosis

As'salam and hello everyone! Sorry for the delayed times. The Internet was having a breakdown and too many things happened in these few days. Previously, I'm having a row between my housemates. And on the last two days, we've considered settled everything which for me is quite unfair. But, I'm well understood and accepted it without remorse.

As my days progressing, I'm certain and aware about what people think about me. Once you've done a mistake, you'll be punished eternally. And yet, I'm facing the situation. At first, my tears are falling like raindrops. Soon I've realized, there's got to be something you can do beside crying. And alhamdulillah, I've tried to stand up although I'm still stumbling down. I wrap this little post with one of my favourite inspirational song. Hope you enjoy it!

Can't Take That Away
Mariah Carey

Mmmmh
Whoaaa
They can say,
Anything they want to say,
Try to bring me down,
But I will not allow anyone to succeed hanging clouds over me,
And they can try
How to make me feel that I,
Don't matter at all,
But I refuse to falter in what I believe or loose faith in my dreams

'Cause there's,
There's a light in me,
That shines brightly,
They can try,
But they can't take that away from me
From me

No no nooo

Oh they,
They can do
Anything they want to you,
If you let them in,
But they won't ever win,
If you cling to you pride, and just push them aside,
See I,
I have learned,
There's an inner peace I own,
Something in my soul that they can not possess
So I won't be afraid and the darkness will fade

'Cause there's,
There's light in me me,
That shines brightly, yes
They can try,
But they can't take that away from me

No oh oh,
They can't take this
Precious love I'll always have inside me,
Certainly the Lord will guide me where I need to go

Woah, woah
They can say
Anything they want to say,
Try to bring me down,
But I won't face the ground,
I will rise steadily sailing out of their reach,
Although they do try,
How to make me feel that I,
Don't matter at all,
But I refuse to fall,
Tell me what I believe or loose faith in my dreams,
'Cause there's a light in me,
That shines brightly yes

They can try but they can't take that away from
Me
From me
No no nooo

"Judas" Review

For my first entry, I would like to comment on the most anticipated single from Mother Monster, Lady Gaga entitled "Judas". Here is the link to the clip video: http://youtu.be/wagn8Wrmzuc

In the video Gaga portrays Jesus' disciple Mary Magdalene while wearing a leather jacket and headband. Somehow, Fumes Bill Donahue, president of The Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, in a statement: "This is a stunt... Lady Gaga tries to continue to shock Catholics and Christians in general: she dresses as a nun... she swallows the rosary. She has now morphed into a caricature of herself. She is trying to rip off Christian idolatry to shore up her talentless, mundane and boring performances. Another ex-Catholic whose head is turned around... Is this the only way to jet up her performance? This isn't random, we are getting closer to Holy Week and Easter."

Anyway, who is Judas? And why is so controversial? Based on my research on the Internet,
"Judas Iscariot (Hebrew: יהודה איש־קריות‎, Yehuda, Yəhûḏāh ʾΚ-qəriyyôṯ) was, according to the New Testament, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus and betrayed Jesus into the hands of the chief priests."

Wikipedia, the free enclyopedia

  • Judas is mentioned in the synoptic gospels, the Gospel of John and at the beginning of Acts of the Apostles.
  • Mark states that the chief priests were looking for a sly way to arrest Jesus. They decided not to do so during the feast since they were afraid that people would riot; instead, they chose the night before the feast to arrest him. In the Gospel of Luke, Satan enters Judas at this time.
                                                                            Luke 22:3
  • According to the account in the Gospel of John, Judas carried the disciples' money bag. He betrayed Jesus for a bribe of "thirty pieces of silver" by identifying him with a kiss — "the kiss of Judas" — to arresting soldiers of the High Priest Caiaphas, who then turned Jesus over to Pontius Pilate's soldiers.

 John 12:6
Matthew 26:14

And again, Lady Gaga shocks the world with her new single, "Judas". For me, she tries to tell that despite Jesus is the good one, she keeps coming back for Judas which is the bad one. This situation happened many times in our life. We've been given once a worthy opportunity but yet we wasted it. We never appreciate our parent when they live but when they died, there's no use to cry over a spilt milk.

New Era, New Age, New Legacy

Alhamdulillah, I've finally reached my goal to create my own blog. This blog will consist my experiences throughout my life inevitably in becoming a teacher, insyaAllah. I'm thinking of putting a compilation of games, a bit of motivational quotes, a presentation of fashion and music industry, a series of personal experiences, and of course my own comment on certain event. The reason I choose English as a medium in my blog is to improve my own vocabulary and grammar and in the same vein, enhancing my English communication skills.

Many will question me, why I choose the name "Butterfly Reprise" as my own blog name? The main reason is because after trapping many years inside my own solitary cocoon (in another word, my own comfort zone), it's now the time to metamorphose into something very subtle and complex, yet fascinating and intriguing. That's why I choose a butterfly as my iconic symbol.

InsyaAllah, more to come in the next post.
